Nice idea.

Built my own stand desk years ago and could never go back. Having the option of sitting and standing is great for getting through those long crunch times.

Back when I worked in telco, they had these sort of desks. I found myself standing 75% of the time while at work. It was nice for sure, and better than sitting down all day working. Even if you only do it a few times a day for 30 minutes here or there, it still is better than just sitting in the same position all day, 8/12/18 hours a day.

For the past few months I have been feelling this.....

Sitting down all day at a freakin' desk makes me feel compressed, sluggish and just plain bad after a while.
So I get up and stand and or walk around and I immediately feel much better.

This desk will help me dramatically. Thanks for sharing I am ordering one right away.
