i dont have a set budget and im not trying to build another uber their success is alot more then their app.

Is that a app which caused to be outlawed in some europe cities as it causing problem to taxi monopoly ?

That has more to do with the actual size of their business than it does the cost of their app. I do love me some Uber though!
