Good software for webcam broadcast
We just want to run a broadcast of the outside of our office. Do we need any special stuff for this? We have a high end IP cam and a NAS to run the surveillance, but I think it is fun to show the outside here as well live.

Should be easy, no?

Use a JavaScript image refresh on the web page.

You don't exactly need a high definition feed for this ;)

Put the current image file to the http server somehow.

it is very tricky to choose a good webcam software and very expensive. i would go for another solution.

Unfortunately, LiveCamNetwork does not support IP based cameras. Plus, our system is a pay per minute video chat system, so it wouldn't be suitable for Naughty's application I don't think.

I'll just wait till my cam arives, it had a backorder list. It a 1080 Y-Cam that will run surveillance on my NAS and ii already read up on some things and tuts for just my setup.
