Im selling an ultra high end $2m apartment in delhi in one of the most prestigious neihbourhoods and guess what? Even though its the most sought after location and more modern/luxury than youd find on park avenue, the last 4 buyers have rejected it because the toilet is in the wrong position.

Its not VAASTU (another superstitious mantra).......... DRIVES you INSANE.

Thats what comes from education is weak, government is weak but religion is strong.

No im talking about the whole room (of toilet). Or rather, I should say if the bathroom is in the wrong location and facing the wrong direction, they object.

Now couple that with the fact that the apartment is on 14th floor. In India, there is no 13th floor anywhere. So the lift goes up floors 12, 14, 15, 16 etc.

So last week a buyer said because its 14th some people say well its actually 13th floor so we're not interested
