www.bounceweb.com -- They have pretty rock-bottom prices on shared hosting plans, seems almost too good to be true.

got any better suggestions on the cheap?

I'm trying to find a host that'll let me 'test' a site's effectiveness to determine if it's justifiable to pay a hefty monthly fee.
