vegas video question...
How can I cut a 20 minute clip into 1 minute clips without manually making each of those minute clips.

I wouldn't use Vegas for something like that. There's a bunch of other programs (depending on what format the movie is) that will do it much faster and easier.
Easy Video Splitter comes to mind. http://www.doeasier.org/splitter/
