Whaaaaat?
Is this not a legitimate question? They used to be huge and had a big presence here and in the industry in general. They were constantly shooting content and promoting their sites. Haven't heard a thing about them in a long time, are they even doing anything adult related anymore?Comment

Seems a lot of companies are less interested in having a "big presence" on the boards and just quietly do their business with a lot less fan fare. The days of affilaite managers being board whores and getting drunk at shows are long over with.Whaaaaat?

When I first started affiliate managers were doing everything they could to become well-known board personalities. Programs were giving away laptops, big screens, hell even cars. It seemed like you couldn't go a week without some program announcing a new contest or a big bonus payout week or something like that.
Now companies just want to keep things on the down low and hope nobody steals their content/ideas.Comment

amen to that. Affiliate managers now need to be multi-versed in things. Nats, design, seo, making promo trailers, etc. The people who you used to ask "What do you do again?" when they are at the round bar, slurring words, wiping a coke booger off are long gone. That doesn't mean the company is out of biz. Top Bucks always did interesting things from suing manwin, and getting an "undisclosed settlement" making wappo & selling it, going into fighting piracy, but there content was never point on. It was like they were better marketers than pornographers. I always found them interesting. I'm sure even on their worst day they are still doing 1/2 a million a month i'd conjecture at least.Seems a lot of companies are less interested in having a "big presence" on the boards and just quietly do their business with a lot less fan fare.
