having one of your diplomats go missing, raped, killed, only to be discovered the next day cause someone had the intelligence to give you guys a call and say 'hey, someone better come down here'
after it was stated there was a protest outside an embassy, when there was no protest, and not even the embassy, it was a safe house.
this isn't important? what isComment

It's pretty much bullshit to randomly approach people and suddenly question them about world affairs...and if they don't have a clue right that very second, somehow that means they don't really know whats going on in the world.
Who knows whats going on in those people's minds right at that second. They might be preparing for a test or job interview or whatever. Give them time to sit down to articulate a response first, then you can accurately guage whether or not they have a clue.Comment

If people are that fucking slow in the US then please hand out suicide pills and get it over with. Anyone with a half a brain cell and who keeps up, even a little should be able to formulate a response to something they already know something/have an opinion about. It's pretty much bullshit to randomly approach people and suddenly question them about world affairs...and if they don't have a clue right that very second, somehow that means they don't really know whats going on in the world.

It would be scary to have you in a position of authority in an emergency situation.Comment
