if someone has been dodging you over and over and over for 150 bucks, chances are you won't get it by pushing. He doesn't have it. And until he / they have enough to pay their bills and more than enough extra to pay you, Id say its a lost cause (most of the time)

I hear you, I have good hopes on getting It back though. It's not really the money, It's the principle of It, I lend out money several times to be nice and shouldn't have to listen to endless excuses to get It back.
