You used to need some mad skills to be a photographer... You needed a quality camera and quality lighting... If I did 2 or 3 shoots a week I could make a good living.

The customers are liking the "Amateur" look I guess... and that makes it content that amateurs can shoot... 5 sets of the same girl & video is doable in a day no problem but it's a long day and I can't imagine many girls would do it for less than $200... I would not ask a girl to do a full day for less than $500 personally!!! Hell the makeup artist I have worked with get $200 for 2 hours....

This budget is doable. What I would do is shoot the 5 scenes for the $500 and pay that to the girl. Then shoot 5 more for myself in the same day. I get free content, the buyer gets what he wants, and the girl gets paid. Win win win!

I shoot high quality girls that would never shoot hard solo for $500 bucks.
Especially since companies like FTV pay them up to $2000 bucks for solo. The girls are aware of this.

Thats 5 costume changes, 5 different locations in the house/location...if you can do it and make it GOOD...you are a god.
For just one girl. If you shoot more than 1 girl, you need a new location.

Well.. a few things to note:

1. I presume that the OP isn't looking for X-Art type girls. Nor is he looking for stuff whereby you need to drag out a bunch of lights and equipment. Pop up flash and a snapshot digital camera is probably just fine, and as a matter of fact is probably preferred.

2. When I shoot, I shoot with the intention of making each photo set or video costing me $50 or less. So if I pay a girl $500, I aim to shoot 10 "items".. Items being either a photo set or a video clip.

3. I don't need every scene to be faking orgasms. Perhaps 1 JOI scene, 1 masturbation scene, 1 foot fetish scene, 1 pissing scene, 1 strip tease scene, and so on.

4. I have a camera with true silent mode. So I can have someone shooting the stills over my shoulder while I'm shooting the video, thereby knocking the OP's request out in about 2-3hrs with plenty of breaks and plenty of time to shoot what I want left over.

5. I pay by the day.. not the scene. If I posted a casting call on Model Mayhem for a $500 full day shoot (6-8hrs), I can just about guarantee I'd have my inbox full by the end of the day. Granted most of them won't be drop dead gorgeous, but at least a handfull would be good enough.

I'm not trying to argue with people. Just pointing out that what the OP is offering is definitely doable even though 100% of what he's offering goes to the model. I'll simply make my money from the extra content I shoot that I didn't have to pay for. And since I didn't pay for it, it's worth it even if I only get 1 or 2 "items" for myself.

Once again, I don't think he wants it good. If I'm reading his OP correctly, the more amateur and "real" looking.. the better.
