Guys have one question is NATS Subscription different from country to country.
Or when surfer is join is always the same price no matter where he is? Am asking cause on this one sponsor i see price sale change in my stats for the same option. One time is 12$, another 15$......going up and down. And the option is - $29.95 For 30 Days Access - |

That is not a NATS thing, that is a sponsor/billing thing. Your sponsor most likely has geobilling in place. Your best bet would be to ask them specifically.
