The uploader was from Malaysia, in the comments I found a few disturbing lines, about father being proud to have his son lose virginity on such a young age. He was witnessing the whole event naked, and the women was a prostitute. Seems to be some tradition to do this sick shit.

No approval system? Try uploading a video of some guy getting hit in the nuts or lighting his farts on fire and see how long it stays up. I'm sure if you do that several times they will close your account and block your IP but nothing happens to the so called "uploader" whenever he continuously uploads stolen porn that gets flagged by DMCA's. They let that guy motor right along.
