How to Clear Various Wordpress Images

I see to have a few issues with my wordpress installation.
It's getting to the point I can't ignore it anymore as it's taking over 1/2 the screen.
How can I clear these errors?

I tried making the backup-db folder writable 777 but it didn't make any difference. Anyone had and solved similar issues?

Thanks.

Does the plugin create the backups? Did you rename the htaccess.txt to .htaccess and move it to the correct folder? If yes to both then WP-Admin --> Database --> DB Options and set the "Hide Admin Notices" option to Yes.

No, the plugin isn't creating backups. Yes I have renamed .htaccess.txt to .htaccess and moved it to wp-content/backup-db

It hasn't made any difference.

I have just hid it, looks like it's the best option.
