                                      I don't judge nor give a verdict to Michael O. He has a good reputation in ePassporte until he tries to hide the status of the company he worked with. Now he did it again, he just gone with the wind! Nobody knows where he is and he doesn't even care about your post guys and besides he keep posting when he advertise something.

I reported about redpass delay in december 2013, it was $20k by a partner of mine and another one wrote about $30k in the thread, so it happened to many. It coud be they had cash shortage (for whatever reason), and holded 60 days a few of the bigger accounts in redpass, to pay quicker the many Zombaio guys in meantime. However the news had spread (sorry, I contributed, but that's what forums are made for) and a few (includes me) may have stopped using RedPass and/or Zombaio, this causes to Zombaio more cash shortage rather than help.

                                                                                                                  Whatever Zombaio really made, and whatever it will end (I wish good for everyone), for sure they lacked fast and believable support answers, while delays it happened - and this issue continues now, I see.

                                                                                                                  About Michael O, I have to say that at Epassporte times, the only way to get a problem fixed it was to ask Michael, so I can't hate him really. Someone may joke that he brings "no luck", but that's not a logic consideration. I have no evidence he ever been executive director or shareholder of epassporte or zombaio/redpass, so that's like when some former ibill employees ended up in other billers (and still are), this does not matter, it is normal. Now if Michael O will join Paxum (or Payoneer) and then such company will fail shortly later, ok, I will rethink this.

I see small delays sometimes. A few of the people complaining are fake nicks. And look at Harmon. He doesn't even use them. Why is he starting polls, calling them dead and bumping old threads? vdbucks clearly is having issues and I hope they get resolved.

                                                                                                                                                      Robbie said he got paid yesterday in another thread. I think he's also using the Zombaio + RedPass combo. Someone else also said they were being paid in a previous thread too.

                                                                                                                                                              A person that is a public rep as he was has very little control about what goes on in the background. Even if he knows something is wrong in a company he is working for he can't say anything as he would put himself in a position to be sued.

                                                                                                                                                              As many of you have said, he was the guy you could go to to get something done. Leave it at that and give him props for doing a good job for you.

                                                                                                                                                              He doesn't run the company, he just works for it. If things go wrong there is little anyone in his position can do to stop it.

Then, allegedly leaves the company and the first thing he does is come here to appease everyone's concerns? Does that make any sense at all?

However, the payments are extremely late (4 - 5 payments behind) and the payout amounts are also off (split payments, some not included).

                                                                                                                                                                      I also notice their administration area is off. You can't download your payment report any more (via PDF) so I have to take screenshots and hypercam screencasts as evidence.

                                                                                                                                                                      I also notice their chargeback ratio is rigged. Divide your chargebacks by number of transactions and it'll be probably 1/10th of what it says it is.

It is easy to see their business is on the decline as they drop to fewer and fewer transactions every week. If their payout ID numbers are accurate they are paying about 200-220 payment ID's every week...about 6 months back they were in the 250+ range and a year before that they were over 300+ weekly.
