If you don't mind changing then the best prices are Warsaw to Oslo then Oslo to Lisbon - That was from £74 in May...

There is a Language and Location option at the very top - Try changing that to UK with Euros - You can still search for flights from Poland etc...

So the problem was solved.
Apparently, even though Germany, Austria, CZ and Poland are close one to each other pricing and flights differ much.
Best offers are UK based but I need a visa most likely for a transit.
So, the best choice would be Warsaw via Barcelona.

if you are alone and travel on budget, you can find accommodation in every city for 15 euros per night, I've been in Barcelona in some place for 12 euros per night, single room, shared toilet, but you have sink in room so you can piss there...
even in berlin, I was with ex girlfriend, we had accom for 24 euros per night, nice room with toilet and in charlottenburg
and food, you can try something special once and then survive on chinese or turkish. but in lisbon, you will want to eat portugese food and even in places eat-all-you-can for 6 euros, food is excellent
