I am qurious about the new TLD .PINK and put up a whitelabel tube on Fuck.Pink just for fun.
Anyone think it will succeed well or is .PINK gone in a couple of years?
a lot of the companies launching the new gTLDs are either speculators or investors or corp entities that paid the $185K fee and now must spend add'l $ to market their gTLD(s) and keep 'em rolling. .PINK is being rolled out by Afilias which handles domain name registry for .INFO and .MOBI. I would imagine they could keep rolling.
I find all these new tdl's absurd, seems many of them wants up to 100$,some even 500$.Com is the king, end of story.Tho pussy.pink domain is not bad,but it seems some bastard took it already.
Porn.pics already taken, damn it.Funny how these two extensions are mentioned in this thread,as i used to rank first on google for keywords pink pussy and porn pics.
Well it depend howmuch exactly it cost to have it-if that 185k registration cost was only one, then i guess it can be maintained for long time.
Afilias has .PINK .RED .BLUE .KIM and an Indian language gTLD and a Chinese .mobi and will be launching more gTLDs - Afilias is definitely projecting that the color extensions will be successful. They will never let anyone forget they launched .INFO (and have all the money from that) but it doesn't mean that all their investment in these gTLDs will pay off for them. I would imagine that .PINK would be the most popular of the colors because of the adult domain possibilities.
