    Anyone use Reputation Defender or similar services?

    Hey,

    I've gotten out of the porn biz (for at least a while) and things are starting to roll pretty good with my new venture. The problem is when you Google my name, the first and sometimes 2nd result that comes up is a negative newspaper article from 1996 - almost 20 years ago. If there's a way to get rid of it, I'd be willing to spend a few bucks to do so.

    Any thoughts?

      Honestly you could probably do it yourself, grab facebook, twitter, linked in, yelp, social shit in general, write reviews etc... in your own name and back link the bitches like mad.

              I've been doing this for about a month - it's starting to show up, but this damn NY Times article just stays stuck at the top since the internet opened for business.

                          create tons of social media accounts for people with the same name as you but with different personal details, photos etc. hit them with some backlinks from fiverr. wait.

                              go though an alexa top 100 list. wherever you can create an account with you name for the above method do so. those sites should have the authority to push out the nyt.

                                  Make a tons of facebook profiles and similar services with same name,should kill it.Just checked my first last name and first three results are facebook profiles.
