    Too bad brothers didn't have a gun


    Two brothers were working to restore a Detroit home this week when their lives were suddenly put into extreme danger.
    The two men and their friend had just pulled up the home?s driveway in their van. That?s when one of the brothers told WBJK-TV a ?young black male, about 30s ? walked up to the driver?s window.?
    The trigger was pulled twice.
    ?And it misfired,? one of the brothers said.

                      I understand that part, money is money. But how do you find the buyer? Are there any real estate agents crazy and desperate enough to drive around and show houses for $50.95 commission and risk their lives? How do you find a buyer? Craigslist under "other things for sale"?

                              Can make money since acquisition costs are cheap but lot of bullshit with building in the hood, back taxes, break ins, neighbors fuckin shit up cause they don't want their taxes going up or prices to rise forcing them out if ya build something nice, etc... When someone pulls the trigger on ya though think I'd consider it a close call and reconsider the area I'm building in as restoring the hood ain't worth a shot to the face.

                                                  Why do you have to bring slavery into this? We all know it was wrong and if it wasn't for slavery crime rate would be a lot lower nowadays. But we can't go back and reverse things. So get over it
