    Amerinoc's phone number needed

    hi guys, i put an order from Amerinoc, however most likely the made up information i put cause the maxmind error and it tells me that my order needs a manual review.

    So to handle this isue, does anyone know international phone number that i can talk someone from this company?

            You don't find it surprising that he places an order with fake information and is surprised it was blocked?

            There are two locations on the front page that have direct links to open a ticket. There is another link at the top of the page that says Help Desk which links to our help desk at https://support.amerinoc.com which has been staffed 24/7 for over 10 years as this is primarily how we have always offered tech support. There is also another link at the top that says Contact Us that goes directly to a contact form to create a ticket. I can see your blocked order, but I do not see any tickets from you regarding the matter. As I'm sure you can understand, we do not process orders with fake information like this. If you want us to process and order for you then use your correct information.

                        I said I was surprised that you don't have a phone number listed on your website. I never knew you only offered primarily email support, or I may offered that information instead. Sorry about that.

                        Not surprised that you don't process fraud orders, wouldn't expect you to. Not sure how this got confused with the original question, is there a phone number to contact...
