A message to Zombaio and Red Pass

OK little boys and girls...don't play with matches, don't run with scissors, and don't ever use Zombaio.

I have been reading this forum for a few years and finally decided to register so that I can tell everyone that they should have listened to those members that raised the red flag about Zombaio a long time ago. To those of you that post statements like "give them a chance" or may have some reservations of jumping ship, GO FUCK YOURSELF.

I don't want to rehash what we all already know about Zombaio and their terrible customer service where Michael, Jasper and David will flat out lie to you. If you have ever used Zombaio then you know the payouts have always been late, but at least they were paying out until early last year when they just stop making payouts. Then months later Zombaio made a fake sale to Paynet and promised to rectify all the past debts and make new payouts on time. The reason that Zombaio needed a fake sellout to Paynet is to force clients to sign a new terms and agreement so they can now keep your unsettled transactions (money they stole), restructure how and when they will payout, and force clients to make Zombaio their sole or top processor or they will punish you by placing you as inactive and you can not get your payout until you bring in new revenue. It is a total scam.

I write this so that those who are still using Zombaio can hear the testimony of a small businessman just trying to make a living and the pitfalls of dealing with the devil (Zombaio). I take full responsibility for being so obtuse that I didn't take the advice from some board members on this forum a long time ago. Especially when my friends at VD Bucks jumped ship I should have jumped too. When Zombaio announced they were selling to Paynet I decided to give them a second chance and thought things would get straightened out, but instead it is even worse then before (if that is possible LOL).

Here is my saga...Zombaio stopped paying me back in mid 2014. They strung me along for three months with promises of restructuring. Then Paynet came along. I received two payouts that were a month late. And of course Zombaio kept 3 months of previous "unsettled transactions". The last payout I received was for November and I have not had one since. As always, I contact the three stooges (Michael, Jesper, David) and got the typical reply of "tomorrow", "this week", etc. I complained to them that Paynet is the same old Zombaio. I went on to tell them that any company that can not pay their unsettled transactions and can not make payouts on schedule is a company that is either insolvent or it is a pyramid scheme by design.

Here is what zombaio did because I complained. First, they stopped replying to me. When I sent an inquiry as to why they don't reply and when am I going to get my late payouts Zombaio began deleting my inquiries. Then they deleted all my payout reports and then all data was no longer available.

Zombaio stole all my unsettled transactions and kept all the payouts due and will not reply to any communications.

A lesson learned the hard way.

Send me your merchant id and I will take a look at this. The last person that told me their payout reports had been deleted was mistaken and I am sure that this is the case here also.

My merchant account is 62824435. And I guarantee that all payout data is not available. Even the Jan 31 reconcile is not available.

I have attached below the transcripts of my latest inquiry to show you (Mr. Paul) how your employees are constantly deceitful. Here is Jesper flat out lying when he said "Payout 9954567 will be sent from our bank this week". It was suppose to be sent on 14 Jan and still nothing has been sent. Then David chimes in and deceitfully says "this has been corrected" yet no payout has been sent to date. After that zombaio won't reply anymore.


No Payout

I have never once ever received a payment on time. The "new" Paynet is the same old operation. You are late on payouts and have never addressed when all the historical debts are going to be paid. Your company is either insolvent or this is all a scam.
When am I going to get paid?

Still no payout. You never sent anything as you promised. It was suppose to be sent out on 14 Jan and now it is two weeks late just like the same old zombaio before the fake paynet takeover. Tell me your new lie of when you will payout.

What do you mean "this has been corrected"? You talk about the "next" payout. Where is the current payout?

Why won't you even reply to inquiries. How can you say in Oct 2014 that everything has been corrected, yet the same old late or no payout problem still exists? Your company does not have the funds to payout nor pay any historic debts, which means you are running a pyramid scheme?

I never received Dec payout. It has been 3 days and no reply and all my passed payout data has now been deleted. You have even erased my payout data for January.

yeah same here, we used them as backup, they owe us 8k , no payment for 3 months now, wont do business with them again.

email your members and get them to join your other billers, because zombaio is still getting paid on all rebills but not paying you. = cancel cancel cancel.
