A message to Zombaio and Red Pass

6 weeks behind. No fucking money.
I'm done with this shit of waiting daily for my own fucking money to come in. Every day the same fucking bullshit from their online chat. "Wait another day... wait 1 to 3 days... " they stretch you out to Thursday and then say, "one more day" and then they close Friday so you are fucked again till next week. The same thing over and over again. I can't take it anymore.

I'm going to file a legal complaint with their acquiring bank. I don't think the bank knows what is going on. There has to be some type of law that controls credit card processing. This isn't the wild west. They can't misappropriate funds made from Visa processing and not be accountable. This is insane. Zombaio is still processing and still bringing in money. It's time to get the bank involved. Those sick fucks at Zombaio are all useless mother fuckers hiding over seas and getting away with it because they think they are out of reach. The banks are not out of reach and take credit card processing theft very seriously. Zombaio seems to be operating without any restrictions or rules. All the theories here about them 'catching up' are all bullshit. These mother fuckers are stealing money and laughing at all of us. All they do is pay a few accounts here, and there, and piss on everybody else. They keep the chat lines open for the appearance that they are still in business to keep people from pulling out while they spend income revenue at will. I bet those fucks that work the chat lines are getting paid every week... WITH MY FUCKING SALES. Smug stealing mother fuckers. This little band of Swedish thieves don't give a fuck about business or people in the States. And why should they? We are morons overseas sending them money daily, and they just sit there dipping into our cash at random, not paying accounts, then paying some accounts at random, keeping everybody guessing and making up theories along the way, while they sit back and laugh their fucking heads off.

Time to cut the shit and go to the source, I'm sending a legal threat to their acquiring bank. I don't care if they shut my account down. I'm not getting paid anyways so my account is already considered shut down. If that happens I will refund all my members so at least I can stick Zombaio with a big debit on the way out.

UH hey can you hold off on the lawsuit until i get my next two payouts - two to go but i have got paid consistently every two weeks --- i have changed my processor but still have two big payouts before the switch-- soooo lets just old off until i get finished--aaaarrround the middle of September . OKAY We dont want them going and hiring lawyers with our hard jerking money --- and really if they file BK we all fucked. Who is going to go out and get a lawyer and claim to be a debtor... Not my $1500 a month processing ass for sure -- and im sorry if you are processing more than that with them- i was processing $10,000 a month with them when they were my solo processor before their mix up a few years ago - Man those was the days :/ seems all every fucking credit card was good sheesh -- - Moving on

I know we have never seen eye to eye VB, but let me give you a piece of advise here.

1. If you threaten to do something, talk about it in your head, with a lawyer, a friend and not on a public forum.
2. If you somehow manage to actually take some sort of legal action, maybe consider that all the shit you posted about the company could be dug out and used against you. In other words, unless you are 100% certain that they cannot connect the dots between you and the posts here - you have already lost (at best).
3. I am pretty sure that last part (the refund thing) is considered fraud. But maybe you and your lawyer can find some loophole to get away with it.

Having said all that, I hope you and everyone else gets their money. Had it been my processor acting like this, I'd have changed them A LONG time ago. Contacted each member that was re-billing with them, tell them that their current subscription will run out because of xyz and offering them a discounted membership if they sign-up with the new processor.

Cut my losses. Move on. If it was in the $xxx,xxx yearly range, sue their ass.

Money hit the Belize bank today for July. Now waiting for Redpass load. It did happen when they said it would from our chat. Looks like Michael O is back to help with the cust. service.

btw Michael today that was Max with the otp problem but either way I already told you we arent mad at you, it just seems they don't give you the tools to get shit done.

Hopefully by Monday they get the transfer straightened out. I don't want to wait 2 weeks for the money to hit the card again.

My last two late payouts has now "payout cleared" status.

I just got "payment cleared" on my remaining couple of late payouts where if clear really means cleared and on its way (which in the past its been questionable) I'll be for the most part, caught up. (I have a settlement date next week that's still processing, but thats it)

As I said I don't really see the point of this thread, it seems like the same bullshit arguements going around in a circle, there are the couple people who hate Zombaio and seem to be the most active posters here, but I think most of us would prefer just getting our money. If they pay out, keep paying out on time, its a good thing for the industry for us cause we're getting our money. If they fail, nobody really wins anything. So I don't get all the people wanting them to go down.

They still don't have my trust, but I can say things have gotten better. People who are behind, you say you're a month or two behind, but how many payments are you guys behind? Is it 1 or 2 or are you missing dozens? I mean I know its still too long no matter how many you're missing but if you're 1 or 2 payments behind they could literally pay you Monday and you'd be caught up too. I was missing a couple dozen a few months ago.

If they pay my I think 3 late payments I have left, the couple you are behind.. wouldn't that make most people here, mostly caught up?

(now if you guys are missing 20 payments or something and its 2 months behind, I don't know what to tell you but if its one or to payouts.. that could come next week and you'd be caught up like it seems like an increasing number of people are)

They mysteriously put a payment in my Redpass account last night so it was here on Saturday morning. They never did that before.

But of course when I tried to move it over to my Redpass card so I could actually use the money in any way at all...it didn't load.

Last time it didn't load took weeks for it finally be on my card so I could use it.

No They have stolen all my reserves . I have support tickets in over 6 weeks old and still nothing but lies .
