Not high volume, and "daily payouts" not weekly. I set the payouts to daily because if something is going to take xx days to reach you, then why wait a week to start that xx day period? Transfers to redpass are free, so it is not like there is any extra cost for choosing daily over weekly or monthly. I then make a periodic ACH withdrawals from Redpass when we need it. (well a short while before we need it because that is not as quick as it should be either).
Zombaio are one of three processors we use. As I have said over and over they are not perfect, but for me the positives still exceed the negatives. We generally get a batch of settlements every week and at the end of this week just ended, I have 3 settlements all less than a week overdue "outstanding".Comment

Well we stopped using Zombaio over a year ago and they currently have $9500 dollars from our 5% reserve which we have not gotten. Support Tickets go unanswered. Emails directly to Tomas Anderson do not get replied to. Live Support is a joke. All he says is that he will try to get someone in accounting to answer me.

Ah the 5% reserve!! Forgot that!! I don't even checked if I have any left to pay after I removed Zombaio, but it was my 5th or 6th biller so always processed very little, I'm not going to check if there's 5% owed... probably most did not checked and so that's smart enough to hold the 5% reserve of everyone, that's less noticed than the actual payout being missing. As well as it was to let wait redpass 20k and 30k big fundings rather than actual zombaio payouts. Actually if they miss money to pay people it may simply mean their fees was too cheap and they made no profit and even the algebra ended into negative result.
Some time the expensive and greedy guys are the ones to choice, you are sure they will keep company up forever

Ive lost I don't know how much since 2000 from either billers, cards and programs going under. Im sure its 6 figures. So I feel for people when a company doesn't pay...for ANY reason, I really do...
Maybe Im odd, but I just approach it differently. I do everything I can quietly behind the scenes to get my $. It would never occur to me that blasting the people that owe my in public would be the best way to get to the top of the short list of those who will get paid (if anyone is going to get paid at all). Once I hit a point where its OBVIOUS Im not getting my $ or the time its taking just isnt worth the amount, I move on and don't waste my time. Better to work and make more than swim in circles of shit with no hope of an upside.
Unfortunately in our choice of profession, this shit happens, but I KNOW if you have been around awhile and look at the $ you've made the money that was owed that you didn't get is a VERY, VERY small %. For the most part, things work more smoothly in adult than anyone realizes. Mainstream seems to be far, far worse in that respect. For me anyway.
Its no fun, but if you get fucked on less than 3% of your earnings (and Im sure for almost everyone its much less than that) its just cost of doing business.

Got a payment from Z today, as did last week. STILL 3 to 4 payments behind, so it doesn't appease me.
What's interesting is I started processing with CCBill and received my first payment from them, before I've yet to be paid by Zombaio for transactions made months ago. IOW, CCBill pays out in weeks from transactions while Zombaio is practically 2+ months delay. They're obviously either having cash flow problems or doing something with our money as there's no reason that it could take that long to settle or transfer between banks.Comment

We got paid. I think if they had some plan on taking off with peoples money they probably should have done it at the height of their business and not wait until everyone starting pulling them.
I still am concerned and have changed primary billers but if they were planning to bail they did it all kinds of wrong. I'd definitely fire that guy.
Looks like they might be around and if you can handle the delays they have some benefits. Lots of other processors that are on time and can come close to their percentage.
Be smart and cover your ass.

There are times were cheaper costs more. Make a date in your head that if u don't get paid cancel your bills give a deal to rejoin your new processor and move on. Hope winds up costing you a lot of money.trust me it was hard to cancel 300 re bills in one day after being strung along by I bill you will get paid soon no payments and they were still processing joins. Well if I hear camdough come into the forum and say that their 6 month reserve was paid to them in full and I see a picture of Michael on the front of a Wheaties box (no not the swimmer Michael ..follow along here ) ....
