Got a payment from Z today, as did last week. STILL 3 to 4 payments behind, so it doesn't appease me.
What's interesting is I started processing with CCBill and received my first payment from them, before I've yet to be paid by Zombaio for transactions made months ago. IOW, CCBill pays out in weeks from transactions while Zombaio is practically 2+ months delay. They're obviously either having cash flow problems or doing something with our money as there's no reason that it could take that long to settle or transfer between banks.Comment

We got paid. I think if they had some plan on taking off with peoples money they probably should have done it at the height of their business and not wait until everyone starting pulling them.
I still am concerned and have changed primary billers but if they were planning to bail they did it all kinds of wrong. I'd definitely fire that guy.
Looks like they might be around and if you can handle the delays they have some benefits. Lots of other processors that are on time and can come close to their percentage.
Be smart and cover your ass.

Michael was cs. Michael and David didn't get along.
Jesper is customer service. David is his supervisor. Tomas is the accountant/money man. Possibly the primary.
Tomas may or may not be involved very much any more due to personal issues I'm told.
Now David is calling the shots.

There are times were cheaper costs more. Make a date in your head that if u don't get paid cancel your bills give a deal to rejoin your new processor and move on. Hope winds up costing you a lot of money.trust me it was hard to cancel 300 re bills in one day after being strung along by I bill you will get paid soon no payments and they were still processing joins. Got to draw a line in the sand and move on.Comment

Well if I hear camdough come into the forum and say that their 6 month reserve was paid to them in full and I see a picture of Michael on the front of a Wheaties box (no not the swimmer Michael ..follow along here ) .... I would glady use zombaio again , I would put them in the 6th billing position as a backup in case my current 6 billing position was injured or could not play , considering of course at that time if I wanted to have a 6th processor ...oh this is all so confusing .Last edited by beenthereb4; 05-23-2014, 09:10 AM.Pantyhose content needed

I got some money today!
But of course...when I tried to move it from the account into Redpass...it didn't load as usual.
And now...if it's like the last 10 times in a row, it will be a week before someone answers my ticket and tells me they will "escalate" it with the bank. And then another 3 or 4 days before I ever get it.-Robbie
