          Update from VD Bucks:

          I called their Client Support number yesterday, +1-650-963-5055 (option 2), as listed on their Contact page here - https://www.zombaio.com/contact.asp

          After a good wait, I finally was answered by none other than "Jesper" (Swedish accent), who is also who you get on their "Live Chat Support" all the time.

          Said the same as in chat: "Yes, we know we are behind on payouts. We are sorry for this. I am waiting for info from 'accounting'. I will contact when I have some info. I do not know the reason for the delay."

          It's now Thursday, April 24th. The last payout we received from them was April 9th or so, but that was for a payout due 3 weeks prior. Now, they are at least 4 weeks behind on our payouts, and we're starting to feel the negative effects of it.

          I asked him who was in charge or who was responsible for all of it, and he gave me this name and email: Tomas Anderson - [email protected]

          I'm not sure what the next step we'll take is, but it won't be asking them nicely anymore.

          And once again, for the absolute braindead, flatlining morons that feel we should just "stop complaining" and "remove them from our cascades", even though we've done exactly that a long time ago (4+ months now), THERE IS STILL A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF REBILL INCOME with them.

          Read that last sentence again no less than 5x, then stop, bang your head down on your desk as hard as you can 5x, look back up at your monitor, and read that sentence 5x more.

          If you still don't understand it, go get your squirrel-gun, head out to the woodpile behind your trailer, and try not to miss the fat square object atop your torso where a normal human head would be.

            My the only real reason for Zombaio to be behind 4 weeks on payouts, is they have mismanaged and probably spent/used/borrowed/stole clients money to use as their own, now its a rob Peter to pay Paul situation.

            Will they ever dig themselves out of the rabbit hole, probably not

                      And if they do have a cash flow issue (a very scary prospect for a biller - you had ONE job ) it's only going to get worse as more people get fed up and stop sending new sales.

                        Only reason, ever, to be late on payments is because money is not there. When you spend more then your business earns, it's called a ponzi scheme and for it to work there has to be new clients, always growth.

                        Now this over spending could be from a plethora of things, many with good intentions, or not so good intentions. Wherever the money went that is causing obscenely late payments, doesn't matter. What matters is negative cash flow, and people jumping ship, equals disaster.

                        I will say that when I handed a site off to someone and it was billing through zombaio... that person never saw a dime of the rebills because after 4 or 5 tries to gain access to the account he just gave up.... 2010 I believe. All the paperwork was filled out by both of us, faxed in, and the money just up and vanished. Likely around 1K rebills per month... likely would have died at about 3K or so eventually.
