          cloud.xxx and tube.xxx is coming Patrick, does the above and so much more. Its a tube for the content owners in the industry, that will effectively be run by them. I will be reaching out to content companies soon to create an advisory board. I am excited, as are the major content companies I have already spoken too, and they are already on board.

          Changes are happening in the tube environment, companies are manoeuvring into positions and I can tell you that content owners will be seeing a nice power shift in their direction. Cloud.xxx and Tube.xxx will enforce this power.

That's why I don't want to go for short tube clips you see everywhere. I make sure only ONE video per site is available at any time. Show the surfer what's available, but don't saturate them with content.

                                                                                                      It's like the old days where I was accused of giving away too much. I told people a bar analogy. I run a bar where I give away free beer. But the beer can be warm, or too cold, or stale, or too foamy, or no foamy enough... For some people that might be good enough never to go to another bar again, but eventually I will serve someone a beer that makes him realize he just had the best glass of beer he ever had. But I had just that one beer I then send him to the bar across the street where he can purchase as many of those beers as he wants. This principle has worked on thehun for years, and I'm sure it will now.

                                                                                                      Don't trick people into paying for something, show them what they can get when they pay. And don't give away too much. Why would anybody buy milk if they can get the cow for free, right? And don't steal people's content to sell penis enlargement pills... just sayin'...

                                                                                                              If you are really concerned by using sponsor content for promoting something else,then just for promoting misc stuff make/buy your own content,and problem solved.Beside in my experience putting an non-related ad while you can put related is waste of traffic.

                                                                                                                              Change the concept to premium tube membership (all the expired vids available in members area)... then each surfer is a potential member eliminating the CTR (to partner site) and never have to worry about third party cookies. Split profits with program owners based on which video surfer signed up from. Take it a step further and premium member also gets full access to partner site.

                                                                                                                              But maybe the site have to look totally free... I don't think so because all major tubes now have premium memberships so surfers are accustomed to it.

                                                                                                                                  So you basically got as much as one click back for 100 impressions your video generates to all the ads around it (which are usually paid for as CPI) - you can do the math.

Good clips, not trailers and such. We are filling the database now, there are some videos in there now I wasn't aiming for, but I want to get this going. The quality will be improving once we're up and running completely. Also, this is new to everybody (including me), so we all need to be educated over time a bit

Sure, there's the freeloader people that go nuts when it comes to downloading, but those people don't convert anyway. One clip per site at any time, enough to keep people interested and at the same time enough to keep then eager!

The click through rate will be *maybe* 3% average after all is said and done.

                                                                                                                                                                  You will be missing 85% of the money because of no ads.

                                                                                                                                                                  Make it a global adult site... variations from the masses, and it will work.

                                                                                                                                                                  I spent over a year on this concept and emailed you a few times for input, advice, partnership... etc.

                                                                                                                                                                  It will not work as a clean tube at this time in point... if you make it look like a *cloud*, where you have the best membership site in the world... it may work.
