Not me. Got far too much planned for next weekend so any tripping of balls can happen then.

For this weekend it will be sports on tv (inc US Masters), PS4, and hopefully out in the garden for the first time this year and tidy it up and bit if the weather stays ok as it is now. Won't hold my breath on that one though.

Whatever the GFY community is up to, have a good one!

It's a long time since I tripped any balls. Looking forward to seeing my daughter who has been in Spain for a week, she's back Sunday.

Other than that I guess I will join you tidying the garden and maybe some diy.

Golf on Saturday. Making my favorite Sat night. Lobster bisk. Not sure how to spell it but I put a shit load of lobster in it and it will make you trip balls

Tripping Balls Without Drugs

Lucid dreaming is the art of waking up while dreaming without actually physically waking up! In other words being aware that you're dreaming while you're dreaming... Dreaming teaches us a lot about ourselves!

The endless possibilities of lucid dreaming is being experienced by far to few people! When full lucidity is reached without waking up, i guarantee you it compares to the most potent psychedelic trips...(dreaming effects our serotonin levels, all tryptamine's effect serotonin levels)

1. Download video
2. Use alarm to wake up + - 3:30am (highest chance of prolonged REM sleep)
3. Use any earphones you can sleep with
4. Listen to sounds as they stimulate you're brain as it slips into Alpha mode as you drift asleep while being awake! note:You might feel urge to scratch yourself or turnover, don't! Not doing anything fools your body into thinking you're asleep! (search up sleep paralysis for more info)

Experiment with different waking times, cause everyone has unique sleeping patterns, and don't expect instant results! practice makes perfect, in the most realistic game we know, swallow the red pill(eve'sapple) and enter the matrix of dreaming!!!

Soundtrack helps you achieve a wake induced lucid dream(WILD)

IF YOU WANT TO SKIP STEP 1 to 4 then just east something that helps induce lucid dreaming e.g Blue Cheese or Nutmeg! Make a habit out of Asking yourself if you're dreaming during the day and it will naturally happen while you dream! Use reality checks regularly e.g pinch yourself, if you do that while dreaming you'll realise your dreaming. My favorite is method is looking at one of my hands and then moving it and asking myself how does this work? If you did that while dreaming I grantee you'll have a lucid dream!

(Nutmeg has to be eaten in small quantities for a week or more before it starts working)
