In your resume, talk about how much MONEY you made at your previous positions.
Achievements and milestones are your selling points. They are examples of your skills.

Samples and examples are what companies are looking for.

For example, at Femjoy, we receive hundreds of photographers cold-applying every year. The vast majority of them don't supply samples of their work. Telling us how great you are at photography, doesn't compare to a picture.

If you are not getting into design or coding, learn how to gather data and read analytics because you'll need them as proof of your work.

Good luck

I understand and for the most part I have shown all of that in my actual resume - I didn't want it so long that they got bored and stopped and let it have some talking points and so on - but I covered as many of these as I could without it getting into novel state. lol

I do appreciate the tips though, for sure. :thumbsup

I wouldn't advice someone to release a private companies' financial data, even partially, on their resume, or anywhere.

Stating that you grew profits for x division by x % is perfectly fine. Stating any amount of growth that you drummed up is fine.

If someone doesn't understand that they shouldn't state more than that than no amount of advice you give will help them and it's probably why they are looking for work.

No, I wouldn't ever do that, there are ways of showing proof of and references without putting someone else;s business model at risk and giving away trade secrets and such, so I know better than this. But I do appreciate your concern.

I have gotten the emails, please forgive my delays - had a few internet connection issues and hardware problems - mother nature hates me this past week I think. but I got them all and am going thru them as we speak.

Before anything else is said, I do appreciate the out pour of support and well wishes, it makes a very big difference to me in my world and it is all very much appreciated and taken serious. :)

Every company Tam worked for turned out to be some shady fly-by-night sham.

So yeah, if you plan to fuck people over, hire Tam, she's the perfect candidate.
