    Million Dollar Opportunity

    I've created this thread because I've figured out how to convert tube traffic at a very high rate and I need help generating more tube traffic. If you can help me with this I will give you a share of the money we make.

    here are some details:

    - I can convert type in tube traffic at a rate of 1in200 to 1in300 and each conversion is worth $100-$150

    - I do not sell porn, I'm in dating. I license content, add my watermark and promotional material and then upload the content to tube sites that allow me to upload.

    - Im unable to generate a lot of tube traffic because most tube sites are not interested in the content I have since most big tube sites have already licensed the content I have themselves and they want fresh unique content. Because of this most of the big tube sites have not allowed me to join their partner content program.

    - Even with these limitations I still did 6 figures in profit last year with just tube traffic. If you can help me increase my tube traffic then you can make a lot of money. If you're interested then simply leave your skype or ICQ in this thread and i will contact you right away.

                                                                  I've never actually produced my own content, I've only licensed content.

                                                                  I know producing my own unique content would add a lot more expenses to the entire process but the additional traffic I would generate by being accepted on more tube sites since I would now have unique content might negate the additional expenses.

                                                                          I want to specify that when I say i need help generating more tube traffic I'm talking about type in tube traffic NOT general tube traffic.

                                                                          General tube traffic is banners, popunders and skimmed traffic coming from tube sites; this is NOT what I'm looking for.

                                                                          I'm looking for type in traffic coming from tube sites, this is traffic coming from people who are watching a porn video and see your watermark in this video and then type your domain name in their browser to visit your site.

                                                                          The only way I know of to generate more type in tube traffic is to upload more content on tube sites which has been hard for me since most tube sites don't want my content since they've already licensed it themselves.

                                                                              Tube traffic converts well on many setups. What is different about yours?

                                                                              If it is truly something out of the box and content does not need to be niche specific (i.e. ability to generate traffic with a shit load of content) i would be interested in hearing more.

                                                                                  So essentially you're looking for content that hasn't already been licensed by tubes, so you can post it yourself and get type-in traffic coming to whatever system you've set up. That is what you're trying to say in a roundabout way, or am I missing something?

                                                                                  Type-in traffic - even from tubes - is typically some of the most productive you'll find, as it's already filtered out the vast majority who just want a quick free wank. These people are actually interested in your content for its own sake, so a decent % are potential buyers waiting to happen. You probably already know this, I'm just clarifying it's a great form of traffic for all of us.

                                                                                  I'm just thinking there *must* be content available from smaller producers that hasn't saturated the tubes already. It's been a buyer's market for years, hasn't it?

Multiple accounts, multiple IPs, multiple email addys, cut a second or two off each video so you can re-title/re-upload the same video without it being detected as duplicate content.

                                                                                      Depending on your strategy and whether you want to sub to all the small tubes as well, get tubesitessubmitter/chameleon confirmer.

                                                                                      If not use the multi-user approach to the bigger tubes that accept watermarked content. 3 - 6 mins is plenty, ignore all that '10+ minutes is teh best' bullshit.

                                                                                          From what i know type in tube traffic converts better then pretty much all other traffic sources for most people.

                                                                                          However, from what i know most people have been able to get performance as good as 1in400-500 with each conversion worth $40-$70. The difference with me is I can convert a 1in200-300 and each conversion is worth $100-$150.

                                                                                          So basically I can convert twice as well as most people and each conversion is worth twice as much also.

                                                                                          And yes I don't need niche specific content but i do need content that the tube sites do not already have. I've had several discussions with the biggest tube sites and most people would be surprised with the huge amount of money they spend licensing content.

                                                                                          In fact tube sites are the #1 clients for content providers so at this point it looks like finding content that tube sites do not already have will be difficult and the best option so far seems to be for me to have my own content produced but thats a world i know nothing about.

                                                                                                  I don't know if there exists a large amount of content that has not been already licensed to tube sites, maybe a few dozen scenes but a large enough amount that I can rely on for the long term i doubt that exists.

                                                                                                                  Yup, and this is not a great development for most of us - the tubes control a bigger and bigger chunk of the traffic (the latest webmaster-unfriendly Google developments don't help) and have been aggressively making their ecosystems more and more closed. It is a challenge.

                                                                                                                  Slightly off-topic, I'd love to see some people with a little inside knowledge share the behind-the-scenes aspects of tubesites - it's migrated a long ways from "place where users upload pirated videos and tube makes ad money". A topic for another thread maybe.

                                                                                                                  james, maybe I don't truly understand the scale of tubes buying content, but I gotta think there's plenty of material that hasn't been snapped up. There are a lot of producers out there, and the paysite market has really really contracted - I have a hard time believing tubes have taken up all the slack. Again I could be wrong.

It's just that they don't want the watermark on them because their studies have shown surfers don't like all that unnecessary credit given.

                                                                                                                      xhamster has I think a small country scouring each upload for that pesky watermark.

                                                                                                                      Solution: Have the bitches say your site over and over in the video. That would require custom content.

                                                                                                                          IMPORTANT UPDATE #2:

                                                                                                                          In this post I'm going to list some 2 ideas I'm considering at this point so maybe someone can take what I'm considering and help me make it work and then we both of course make a lot of money.

                                                                                                                          Idea #1: Producing My Own Content

                                                                                                                          - This is the most obvious and probably the correct solution to my problem. If i create my own content then i can join pretty much all the tube sites and the increase in traffic should make up for the cost of shooting my own content.

                                                                                                                          - The problem is i know nothing about this world and don't even know where to start. How do i get content created? How much does it cost? How long does it take? And then there's the whole legal side of shooting content.

                                                                                                                          Idea #2: Setting Up My Own Tube Site

                                                                                                                          - Basically i set up a tube site filled with all the content i licensed and of course all the videos in the tube site have my watermark and promotional material in them. Then i go an buy large amounts of skimmed/feeder traffic and then hopefully a lot of these people watch the videos and then type in my domain name that they see in the videos.

                                                                                                                          - The problem with this idea is that feeder traffic is blind traffic and I've already contacted some people who sell this traffic and they said tube sites get around 90% bounce rate on this traffic. Which means most people will leave the site right away and not even watch a video to get a chance to see my domain.

                                                                                                                                                          The name of the game is to best skim the traffic off of the *HUGE* traffic sites. Millions of uniques daily.

                                                                                                                                                                          Say you pay $10/1000 ads (ridiculously high) you would sell 1:500 so that is $200+ per/1000!

                                                                                                                                                                          If I could turn $10 into $200 consistently I would just retire to my island
