Mykayla is a great kid. I've watched her go from sickly and nearly dead to thriving and healthy. Her dad Brandon has done some great work as well to help educate people. He wasn't used to being in front of cameras but he went on national tv many times now and debated and held his own. He answered the questions right and didn't soft shoe the answers like so many do. Too many want to seem active in advocacy but they won't be 100% honest about cannabis and always hold back. It cures cancer period. :thumbsup

He died from a heart attack likely triggered by an obvious heart problem and him not taking care to change his lifestyle. He was also killed by incompetent first responders that think someone can overdose on cannabis. lol At worst you could say there was a correlation, no way no how was it causation. lol :upsidedow

So what's your point? Are you saying that it's rooted in nature that every individual who smokes crack, even once, will steal from others? What about a wealthy trust fund kid?

What about the people who've made a stupid decision and tried crack, realized it was a terrible experience and never do it again, but a cop caught them in the act? Do you support the state taking action against them?

If you make illegal, certain activities that *might* result in victims even if said victim is theirself, then you've created a legal precedent to create thousands upon thousands of laws. The type that say it's illegal to consume a 16oz sugary soda drink as they tried doing in NY.

The most logically consistent approach is one that's in line with the non-aggression principle (ie; no victim, no crime).

Agreed! Make no mistake when an activity is made illegal that *might* result in victims, it is not for our protection or "the greater good" it is for MONEY. These prisons are run by private companies and make a shit load of money on each and every prisoner. If someone who is hopped up on 'this or that' commits a crime that results in a victim (which is already punishable by the way) then they should be dealt with under the rules of the law.

Besides, are we free or aren't we? Not so much it seems.
