Feel free to contact me as well - I respond weekends, holidays and in the middle of the night if needed. The internet never sleeps or closes and I rarely do - reps need to realize this when they are trying to work 9-5 hours - we are in a whole new area now, there isn't any such thing as 9-5. people get left out too much that way. So I keep my contact methods on me 24/7 so I am at best only a couple of hours out of reach at any given time.
