Im trying to capture a screenshot of a family video,

but everytime i paste , i get black screen?

Any ideas?

Simon is it in WMV?

Go to Tools - Options - Performance in WMP and turn Hardware Acceleration to NONE
Pause it on the cap you want to capture, and click Print Screen on your keyboard. Open your image editor and cut and paste it.
If it doesn't work the first time, try again. I have to click Print Screen twice, as I think it takes time to write it to the clipboard.
