Banner rotation script recommendation for affiliate program? - GoFuckYourself.com

I've seen programs which allow their affiliates to pull bandwidth for banner rotations. We have scripts to rotate banners with the links associated. Anyone have a recommendation for a script to use where the banners rotate, but the affiliate can use their partner linking code?
