So I just watched JOBS (Apple Steve Jobs story) on Netflix and...

.. found it pretty boring. They also left out lots of stuff I was interested in seeing. If you're interested in the Jobs / Gates / technology start-up stories, try to find "Pirates of Silicon Valley" instead. Much better movie.

I agree; I expected a lot more from that movie. I'll check out your other suggestion...

Pirates of Silicon Valley is one of the most entertaining made-for-TV movies

Christian Bale may be the next cinematic Steve Jobs if Sorkin / Finch can snag him for their Steve Jobs film

He was good in it... and actually, I like him as a dramatic actor. If you ever get the chance, check out The Butterfly Effect

It's an excellent Sci-Fi Time Travel Movie and if you like these kinds of movies, I promise you won't be disappointed. Ashton Kutcher is excellent. If you happen to rent it on Blu Ray, make sure you get the directors cut as the ending is much darker and cooler.

But anyway, I was disappointed in "Jobs" because I wanted to know more about the business itself, the deals, the spark of innovation, etc. All of these parts were just glossed over and lacked any kind of detail. So, meh...

Hmm so the mac worshippers didn't like a movie that shows a closer to real version of their messiah.... Suuuuuuuueee paaaaahhrize... lol Fyi Ashton is an extremely talented actor. Steve Jobs was an asshole. I do believe he left nothing to charity after he died. At least that seemed to be the information that was going around.

$52 million might be small change in comparison with the gates foundation, but im sure it helped a lot of people.
