I'm sort of surpised that colleges have taken this long to bill their students for internet access. Hell, I was in college in 1995 and I burned a hell of a lot more than Cornell is charging for, and that was pre-file sharing

This won't affect us at all.
It'll put a hell of a dent in their outbound kazaa traffic though. That article said that Cornell's network sent out over 100,000 gigs worth of files on Kazaa last year.sig too bigComment
