This is the year. Nothing is for sale and prices are rising super quick in the areas I am watching. Remember it is real estate not bitcoins so by quick I mean, it is noticable.

I watch a Midwest city and two FL cities. Seems tobe pretty consistent though on what I am hearing. Even Detroit went up.Comment

Florida ( Pompano Beach ) , bought at the bottom of the market ( 170K for 2BR/2BTh ) 3 years ago.
Now same unit , a floor lower sold for 240K, and others are listed even above .
You need to know when to get in and when to get out ( sold a unit just a half a mile away in 2003 ! ) .
Now, less people are selling because they are locked in at a great interest rate .I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !
But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....Comment
