Eric I request DamianJ to be banned

He has made several accusations against me.

He has stated he can post proof.

I have requested he does so.

This was requested over 24 hours ago.

I feel this is a long enough period.

Thus unless he posts evidence, I request his ban.

Can I also add that in the UK Piky (a term he refers to me) is racist.

As a photographer who shoots models, having him publicly state I have some form of court order out on me by someone hugely damaging.

He also states in his sig I am mentally ill. I request he posts my medical evidence to prove this. Or at very least he posts his medical qualifications to show he is in a position to come to this conclusion.

It must be noted he has had many others banned for much less.

I do not require any input from others whether they want him banned or not.

This is nothing to do with others.

I would have sent the request direct to Eric but he does not allow PM's. Thus I have made the request public.

However this is not a subject to be descussed.

DamianJ has had the opertunity over the last 24 hours to adit he has lied, yet he has not. In fact he has made claims he can post evidence, yet he has not.

24 hours is a decent amout of time to allow him to post his evidence.

This thread should now be closed and the moderators time to consider my request.
I have clearly pointed out that several rules were broken.

In fact I would suggest others have been banned far for less.

I now consider this thread closed and not open for public discushion.

I consider this unfair on myself and DamianJ as I do not belive that it is for fellow posters on gfy.com to comment on this. This should be down to the owners of gfy.com to decide about.

If you look through the posts, I have done no more than damian has. You will note he too has requested people to be banned and as a result they have.

I am thus treating damian in the same manner as he has treat others. Thus that is fair.

However the main accusation is he has on more than one time stated that I have a court order or somthing (I think he says its a restraining order), and he states he can prove this.

Now if you consider this fine to post on a public forum. Consdering I shoot models. And considering models use this site. And considering such claims can be re-posted on other forums, do you belive this to be fine.

Lets put it this way, if I posted lies about you and it lost you money as well as your reputation would you be happy.

I have requested 24 hours ago he posts proof. He has failed.

I have now requested him banned.

If he is banned I shall consider the case closed, even if his claim(s) have cost me a lot of money as well as reputation.

We have one here in Jacksonville every year on the Southside, every year without fail the crime rate increases in the area they setup the fair.

As soon as they leave, the crime rate drops.
