Dvtimes, please clarify why you think DamianJ has broken board rules and which rule in particular. Please go to the rules and cut and paste the rule you think he has broken. I am trying to help you, as you are getting no response to your ban request there must be a misconception on your part about the rules. If you could cut and paste the exact rule you think he has broken then we can see what the problem is.
