    General Tube Looking For 5min + hosted .flvs

    Hello GFY,

    I am looking for 5+ minute .flv clips to promote on my tube: PopaWoody.net

    What I need is a hosted clip dump I can rip to my tube. It's automated so the NATS sites produce what I want in the format I need.
    Example:
    hostedflv.com/flvname.flv|Sponsor|sponsorsite.com/popawoody|Title|Desc|Tags

    Currently I have the following sites in my queue:
    Famedollars
    Seemybucks
    21sexturycash
    Serious Partners
    Sextronix

    I have tried some others that only offer .mp4 These don't buffer well for me so I am avoiding them. I will also add smaller clips if the library is large.

    Please post away with any and all of your programs.

                                                                                                                                          Forget about FLV's already. It's a DEAD format. Use MP4 only and your videos will be playable anywhere: PC's, tablets, smartphones, smart TV's etc...

                                                                                                                                          Just make sure you are using an appropriate player that supports both Adobe Flash (for PC's if available) and HTML5 for other devices. The adult industry is the only one left using this format. If you stick with FLV, that means you can only play them via Flash and not HTML5. That means 30%+ of your traffic will not be able to see your videos. The best solution is to use MP4, and then convert them server-side to FLV as well. Code your page to detect flash/desktops and show FLV to desktops and HTML5 to mobile devices. There are many players out there that will do this for you if you provide both the FLV and MP4 source for each video.

The MP4 files can be played by both Flash and HTML5 players, so there is no need to have any FLV copies. Note a link to such an universal video player I gave in my post above

                                                                                                                                                      Sound advice BUT my situation is this. I use a script that firsts copies the .flv from the host server to mine then in addition outputs a .mp4 version. I use the no flash message in the embed code of the video play page to offer the .mp4 to non flash users. Same as xvids, pretty sweet mobile solution also. If I start this process with .mp4 i get the same results but the way the output .flv is encoded seems to buffer the entire file before playback will start.
