I have a similar thin duvet also. I bought some fancy one and it was just too hot. I messed up my original post subject.

I don't have one with me here in Thailand (too hot), but the last one I bought in the USA was around $500. It was amazing and worth every penny.

I'm sure expensive duvets are great, but I just don't do luxuries. If it keeps me warm then I'm happy.

over here we just call it a blanket and in most countries it's normal
