By the way interesting thing - it was one of the shortest and warmest winter in most of (at least North) European countries.
And at the same time it was/is one of the coldest/colder winters in North America, as fas as I heard.

True - My garden looks great - Its like summer because we have not even had a frost here...

A winter without a frost is crazy - I doubt it has ever happened before.....

It's not a bad place - The city is pretty good - Its the heat that I can't handle - I have lived in the tropics before, in other cities - KL is special though, the heat is mind blowing, even worse than Singapore...

It took me a couple of days to not be overwhelmed. It's a 15 minute walk from my place to the business and I force myself to walk it. I've taken off a few pounds which is a good thing.

Have you been there in the wet season yet? - Its crazy...

I have seen people get off a plane and literally collapse on the tarmac before they get to the door.....

My goal is to get under 200lbs before the end of the year. Last time I was there was when I lived in Colombia in 2009. The last few years in NYC killed me, health-wise.

I've travelled throughout SEA, but this is my first time "living" there on a long-term basis. I have been in Thailand during the monsoon season - still got my 18 holes in everyday.

Thanks! It's hard sometimes to get out of your comfort zone. But this was too good of an opportunity to pass up. So far so good.

I love the winter all the crappy roads get white and perfect, and you can shuffle as much snow as you wish that is great workout.

Fris you need spikes on your shoes i use it when it is ice on roads, check these made with screws its a cheap version for poor people.

But you could not use them if there is no snow. As opposed to that thing which can be removed any time. So you must dedicate one pair of shoes just for that and it may not be so cheap
