Dear Members,

Thank you for all your feedback and positive words in response to our plan for establishing Community Ambassadors. To make clear, our objective is not to have XBIZ.net "policed" but rather make it the best community/resource it can be through guidance and empowerment from distinguished, passionate members of our industry.

For your information, the newly appointed Community Ambassador have been briefed about their goals/objectives and how to best achieve them. Although they're all seasoned industry pros, most of them are new to community moderation which is why we ask that you give them time to become acclimated to their new role.

With this announcement also come new site features such as individualized discussion forums, special functions for the ambassadors and back-end features that will allow XBIZ to measure the effectiveness of each ambassador. We plan to make refinements and iron out any issues in the coming days.

As always, I welcome you to contact me directly should you have questions or concerns.
