i mean lets say, someone creates the fake coupon site.

he lists all fake coupons or expired coupons for godaddy/namecheap and so and you cant copy coupon from their site (some javascript trick), you will be provided link which will have his affiliate code .

so isnt this fraud ?

i ahev came to some sites where all the coupons are either expired or not working.

They probably were working when posted but GoDaddy has become more strict on coupons this year. They either don't reduce as much or they expire sooner which helps push people to join their Discount Club like myself and probably helps their resellers since they don't compete as much as before as well.
