App Developlment, Whos the goto,
I am working on an app, I am curious whos the people to goto about having it done, I have used some of the freelance sites and haven't had the best luck. So I am looking for some recommendations, hit me up or leave me contact info, looking to start relatively soon.

You might consider carefully screening Freelancer candidates. Otherwise, the cost is going to be prohibitive to use someone who knows what they're doing.
