after 2 months I visited, they use it yesterday

Thanks to Jesus I had no much money inside and they spent all the money in attempts and then they made it with a small amount

That can happen anywhere. I live on the East Coast, but someone went on a Best Buy shopping spree in California with my cloned card.

This happens everywhere; You don't even need to use your card. I've had two card compromised in the past six months.
