I see that the condom only policy announced by Smash back in June didn't survive:
Their latest release (December 4, 2014), "Friends and Family #5", is totally without condoms as well as includes a creampie. We've been down this road before and I find that fans don't have to voice their complaints, they do it with their wallet. Let's see what changes stick as we move ahead.
