Hey guys, thanks for bitching about us... We've got thousands of affiliates that work with us successfully for years now. As we told in this special case, the affiliate "redbusiness" had to verify his data due to SEPA introduction in the EU and didn't get back to us - against his explanation here.
Ahh and btw, he was aware of this requirement for months due to system changes that have been communicated from our side months ago - it would have been an easy move to call us!?

It really does not matter the reason is or how small you consider the amount.
You are the 1 that looks bad here, several affiliates have pulled your links and the longer you drag this out more will follow.
My advice to you is to do whatever you need to in order to resolve this issue.
Make the phone call or use the direct email approach but do something to resolve it rather then say a procedural or policy issue that is unresolved has delayed payment.
Honestly that looks like an excuse to most people online.
You can follow my advice and look like a HERO or reply with more banter and look like a ZERO, your choice.Please HELPComment

Our affiliate support tried to call him several times on his Austrian phone and sent couple of e-mails with no response.

Update: now i got 80% of my money because they had an error in their financial payouts. I should get the rest of the money in this month...
@Cash4Members: i have never gotten serveral emails from you! Only 1 time i got an email which i replied.
