Just be sure you take the coated one that won't dissolve in your stomach. Bayer has one like this.

You need about 81mg a day to get the effect on your arteries. Though there is some debate going on that. Some say 375mg daily is the number.

I take one aspirin, a high potentcy fish oil tablet, and a high performance multi-vitamin.

The only downside is when you shave and get a razor cut. Because the aspirin and fish oil act to keep your blood thinned, when you cut yourself it takes way longer for the cut to clot.
