All this guy did was jack super mario bros and got hit by nintendo to take it down or get sued. So he made up some bullshit that his game was being abused and took it down. He was making 50k a day so I think he got off very good. Probably made 500k from it at least. This creator lives in viatnam. He is now rich for life.
