Awesome to see those collected again. When I was in elementary school, my brother (who is 4 years older than me) brought home a piece of paper that had been circulating amongst the kids at his school.
It was all of those slogans, but the header of the paper said:
"In honor of National Condom Week, Robbie the Rubber reminds you to:"
It also had a little poem(?) at the end of the sheet. If I can remember, it was:
"When the weather's hot and sticky, that's no time to dunk your dickie.
When the frost is on the pumpkin, that's the time for dickie dunkin.' "
