How do you I hire a pro developer who does fantastic programming work for extreme gay sites?

I run some gay sites that are pretty explicit, bareback, felching, pissing etc etc. The shocking stuff brings in the sales. Think Goatse meets lemon party.

My current developer had a baby and is now (understandably) unreliable so I'm looking for a new one.
I've had I guess straight developers and designers look at my site and I feel like they are a little stand offish and dont really want to do the work. Take forever to return messages, charge me extra or just dont answer at all. I can't exactly get someone on Elance.

My competitors are kicking my ass. My sites are all old with old programming, not mobile friendly or optimized at all so Im falling behind.

I just want someone who kicks ass. For once in my business life I want my customers to come to my site(s) and say "WOW".
Everything has been so mediocre so far.
Where do you find people who can work on very explicit sites and kick ass?

There's really no "way" to hire someone like that. You just gotta wait until the right guy comes along. We are always hiring locally and we have a similar issue - people here don't want to work on adult (even straight sites, let alone some extreme triple anal prolapse orgies) because they assume we are linked to the mafia or have our office in the back room of a brothel.

Maybe it's just being in the biz so long, but honestly as long as the pay's right, i don't really care about the content. Guess i'm just desensitized. If a developer isn't passionate about pushing the envelope, if they don't have the PASSION to push harder than everyone else, then it's unlikely they have the drive necessary to self-motivate without being ridden constantly.

20% of the population is not straight. And then there is a percentage of people who have issue with adult or male porn. Even if you go off the theory that a majority of programers tend to be more conservative than other professions, there is still a large number of great programers who either have no issues or actually prefer it. You gotta keep looking and really interview a lot of individuals.
